Directions are the most important aspect for realty in India and South of Gurgaon is one to watch.

In late October 2015, a group of Eleven Builders formed an association and have pledged to develop the Historical town of Sohna with Government Authorities.
The motto is to jointly develop the town for the benefit of all stakeholders. Generally, the infrastructure development in a surrounding takes place at a tardy pace which weens of the sheen of real estate as an investment asset.
The close proximity of South of Gurgaon to upscale Golf Course Extension road and thriving Sohna Road has made it a hot cake for investors and first home buyers as the prices are just half of what lies at Gurgaon.

The High-end Luxurious properties are being developed by Central Park, IREO, Silverglades, Gold Souk whereas Mid-segment properties are being offered by Ashiana, CHD, ELDECO, ILD, Nimai and Supertech. The most promising segment – theaffordable housing segment properties are being developed by GLS Infratech, Raheja, MVN, HCBS, Tulsiani.
Presently, commercial and shopping destination like Shoppers Stop, Big Bazaar, More Hypermarket, EasyDay are in close reach. Educational Institutes like GD Goenka, KR Managalam, DPS, Ryan, Pathways are just minutes away. Even hospitals Like Medanta, Fortis, Max and hospitality chains like Taj, Westin, Country Inn are at a stone throw.
South of Gurgaon will be a 10 Minute drive from present day Gurgaon after entire infrastructure is delivered. Possibly, Metro will criss-cross the city in coming years. IT and Industries have already been functional, but many more will set up base once KMP expressway is operational.
The serene environment and crisp fresh air blowing down from the Aravali Hills, the gentle tinkling breeze across Damdama Lake, the monsoon clouds over foothills, the spiritual bells of Shiv Kund etc will be certain privileges for South of Gurgaon Residents.
For rest, blaring horns, trailing traffic, poisonous pollution are complementary.
